The Youth Leadership Training Programme with the theme: Friendship, Inspiration and Training (FIT) took place between 19th December and 22nd December 2012.

Organised in partnership with Lagos Deep Offshore Logistics Base, the programme featured talks by resource persons and volunteer speakers. Among them were Ovota Iyamu, Seyi  Abiodun and Carol Okafor.  Dr. Amy Jaiyesimi, Papa Omotayo, Abimbola Okoya and Tayo Oviosu were the volunteer speakers who graced the programme.

The training was designed to instil skills an knowledge in the youths in the areas of social, ethical, emotional and cognitive competencies. These skills are expected to help the youths position themselves as change agents for the transformation of their states and country.
